Jeffrey Foreman, Rph
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff serves as Chief Executive Officer of BHI (Basic Home Infusion, LLC), where he is responsible for maintaining BHI’s growth and strategic focus while overseeing all aspects of the business, including that of BHI’s sister company, Implanted Pump Management, LLC.
Jeff brings over 30 years of broad pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry experience to BHI. He has held senior executive roles at Walgreens, Cardinal Health, Medicine Shoppe International, Walmart, CPS Solutions, LLC and JM Smith Corporation. Jeff also was an Operating Partner at a healthcare-focused growth buyout private equity firm. His extensive expertise in pharmacy spans independent, mass, chain, hospital, specialty and infusion classes of trade. He also has unique and broad experience in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution, pharmaceutical supply chain, pharmaceutical sourcing and trade, marketing, merchandising and business development.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at BHI, Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of LogicStream Health and on the Advisory Board of Thrive365. He has previously served on the boards of Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA), Pharmacy First/Third Party Station (PSAO), OptiSource (GPO), and Rx Sourcing Strategies (GPO).
Jeffrey received his BS Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI.
Jodie Sahota
Chief Financial Officer
Jyotsana (Jodie) Sahota, CFO, brings 2 decades of healthcare experience to BHI. Her career has been focused on effective healthcare delivery, growth strategy, efficient revenue cycle, and creating and supporting new lines of service to serve our community’s healthcare needs.
Prior to joining BHI, Jodie served as the CFO of Level Up Urgent care, LLC. Her previous roles include CFO for Spire Orthopedics/Orthopedic and Neurosurgery Specialist PLLC; Finance Director of the Valley Medical Group, NJ; and Business Planning and Development Manager for the University of Cincinnati Physicians. Jodie started her career out of Cleveland, Ohio as an Operations Analyst for the University Hospitals Medical Group.
Jodie has a bachelor’s in business administration and an MBA in finance.
Angela Martinelli
Chief Operations Officer
Angela is an experienced healthcare executive specializing in streamlining and developing foundational business processes to enable growth, integrating acquired businesses through ongoing change and transformation, and developing high-performing teams to generate successful quality and financial metrics.
Angela’s experience prior to joining BHI includes serving as Vice President of Nursing Network Strategy and Execution at Option Care Health as well as Vice President Operations and Integration Management. Prior to Option Care Health, Angela worked with both BioScrip and Walgreens Infusion and Respiratory Services in operations leadership and integration roles supporting new acquisitions.
Angela received a Master’s in Adult Health from East Carolina University and a Baccalaureate in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her passion for people and ensuring the provision of quality care are key drivers of her personal mission to inspire others and lead with empathy and integrity.
Azizza Graziul
Chief Compliance Officer
Azizza is BHI’s Chief Compliance Officer. focusing on driving success within the organization by fostering a culture of regulatory compliance, ethical practices, and patient-centered care. Prior to joining BHI, Azizza was the CCO of a large federally qualified health center in New York for many years. She has also served as staff counsel to one of the largest health systems in New Jersey. Drawing on her wealth of experience and expertise, Azizza is able to leverage her knowledge of key healthcare compliance and legal challenges to meaningfully impact the organization.
Chet Trechock
Vice President of Sales
Chet Trechock is responsible for sales and marketing for BHI. He is a proven medical device sales executive with over 25 years of experience across diverse organizations, from world-leading companies to start-ups, with a focus on interventional pain management. Chet has a proven track record building sales organizations and driving performance of single/multi-channel sales networks.
Prior to joining BHI, Chet held leadership positions at Medtronic, Smith and Nephew, Stryker, Nevro and Flowonix. He began his career in the Financial Management Training program at Johnson and Johnson.
Chet graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
Will Jeudy
Director of FP&A
Will Jeudy is a seasoned healthcare leader with expertise spanning financial planning and analysis, forecasting, GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy and planning, operations, performance improvement, and health care informatics. His track record showcases a consistent ability to achieve objectives within designated timeframes. Furthermore, he boasts a strong grasp of healthcare applications and is proficient in utilizing technology.
Prior to his tenure at BHI, Will occupied significant roles, including serving as a senior financial and analytics manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and working as a management consultant at Cope Health Solutions. In these capacities, he has been instrumental in propelling growth and innovation by introducing high-caliber systems and processes, offering thought leadership, and establishing a world-class finance organization.
Marc Sturiale
Director of HR
Marc Sturiale, PHR, SHRM-CP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources management. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Marc is recognized for his strategic and empathetic approach to HR management.
Prior to BHI, Marc was the Assisted Living Administrator/Executive Director of 2 Senior Living communities in Bergen County, New Jersey. He held various HR leadership positions at several well-known companies in New York, New Jersey and Colorado in the healthcare, hospitality, entertainment and insurance industries.
Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Queens College and is a dual certified HR professional. He is a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) in New Jersey and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). He is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Human Resources.
Joseph Tommasi
Director of Operations/IT
Joseph is an accomplished and goal-driven executive, with more than 20 years’ experience in management and tactical business leadership. Joe combines expertise in business administration and Information Technology (IT), achieving results with competent planning, organization, and a solutions-oriented approach, while driving business growth and profitability.
Joseph quickly transforms ideas into concrete operations plans and is tenacious in building operational inefficiencies, streamlining job functions, and reducing costs.
Joseph received his Bachelors degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Director of Market Development
T.J. (Hatixhe) Fama serves as the Director of Market Development for BHI. She brings over 20 years of practice management and marketing experience in the healthcare industry, with a special interest in patient advocacy services.
Throughout T.J.’s 17-year tenure at BHI, she has built a reputation for developing business strategies that expand the company’s national focus, incubating new business models and building out channel programs by embracing the company’s core values of integrity, innovation, and growth.
T.J. has degrees in Liberal Arts, Science, Healthcare Administration, as well as several clinical certifications.
Marilynn Recin
Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Marilynn Recine has been with Basic Home Infusion since 2015. She graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Biology. She has over 16 years of healthcare management experience. She started at Basic Home Infusion as a Patient Account Representative and has since advanced from Billing Department Manager to her current position as Director of Billing and Contracting.
Prior to joining Basic Home Infusion, Marilynn has held management positions in several multi-specialty practices which included coordinating and assisting with the start-up of these practices. She successfully applies her extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare field to minimize issues and find solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
She takes pleasure in actively being involved with charitable works and donates to the Homeless at Newark Penn Station and the Shonda F Smith Foundation. She is also currently participating in Sponsor an Angel, an organization that donates gifts to children in need.
Jayna Gulan
Director of Nursing
Jayna joined BHI in the Spring of 2022 as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) before transitioning to Director in the fall of 2022. She has more than 10 years of experience in the medical field.
Jayna was previously a Director of Nursing for an IVIG company in the tri-state area. She has expertise in nursing care plans, palliative care, nurse management, disease and pathology comprehension, drug addiction, and research.
As an undergraduate, Jayna worked as a Senior Lab Technician for one of the world’s leading fertility specialists. She was responsible for running and interpreting endocrine blood work for over 200 patients a day, as well as performing cryopreservation and analyzing specimens used for IVF and IUI. Frozen Specimens processed by Jayna to this day are still being used to help create families.
Jayna received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accelerated 15-month program at Gwynedd Mercy University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus.
